It's easy to test your logon and password with the Exetel Usage Meter feed directly. Enter the following URL in your web browser, substituting your own USERNAME (normally your service number) and PASSWORD.

The message "error=Incorrect User/Pass" means your logon details are incorrect. If you receive a screen containing numbers and dates, it means that your logon details are correct. Enter these logon details into the app. If you still have trouble logging on, please contact us by email.
